Just drove the jeep 8k miles since i bought it. I got extended warranty as well. Got the service estimate of $2k just after 8000 miles. I specifically asked that you keep my work van locked while on your lot, and when I came back not long after dropping it off, I found it in the back lot unlocked. Extremely poor customer service. Dropped off truck in for routine service. Only 4,000 miles since last service so thought it to be routine and short. They were to call in an hour an Dropped off truck in for routine service. Only 4,000 miles since last service so thought it to be routine and short. They were to call in an hour and let me know what was needed. Finally got a text 6 hours later with a long list of extremely expensive items, including quote for a diagnostic? Even they supposedly did “multipoint check”. . But not enough time to do any of it. We drove from a long distance, so couldn’t leave it overnight. All the items listed were outrageously priced and several not needed…. More

Service department is always very helpful. Service advisors are always excellent! Any issues or concerns get resolved really well. One time a new employee left my engine cover off. Head of ser Service advisors are always excellent! Any issues or concerns get resolved really well. One time a new employee left my engine cover off. Head of service was on it and got it solved quick. Another time I was in for an all-dayer, lots of thing to get done. Service advisors (Eliza and Sage) were really super about making sure it was all done timely, but not rushed. Have worked with Noah many times, enough to be on a first name basis. I am really happy with them all, advisors and mechanics. More
