From the moment I walked in, the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Mark was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. This is actually my second time purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford, and that alone speaks volumes about the consistently great experience they provide. Because of the professionalism, honesty, and overall customer care, I will absolutely continue to come back in the future. I’m beyond excited about my new Toyota bZ XLE—it’s everything I hoped for and more! The entire team made the experience stress-free and welcoming, and I never felt pressured at any point. If you’re in the market for a new Toyota, I highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford and especially Mark Stevens.
