They lied to my wife and I bought the vehicle that they had us purchase. When we went back to let them know, they simply don’t care about the customer. They won’t do anything to fix the situation. We negotiated a trade. Stephen, Certified Sales Consultant, was very courteous & personable & worked up all the paperwork for the sale & processed everything precisely! He thanked me for my Service!! He transferred my Veteran plate to the Civic, registered my new car & installed my Veteran plates on the Civic! He was very professional & efficient & knowledgeable!! We just bought a new Toyota experience and had a great experience. Darius was very helpful throughout the process, which spanned over a couple months because we had the car ordered. He was always respon experience. Darius was very helpful throughout the process, which spanned over a couple months because we had the car ordered. He was always responsive, and we found him to be transparent and trustworthy, never pushy and we never felt rushed. The same with his manager, Eli, who was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful, as was Sohail in finance. The dealership itself recently went through a major renovation, there are a couple race cars hanging from the ceiling, a huge tv, a coffee machine, and an indoor playground and free arcade with several games for kids. Great experience all the way around, our best car buying experience by far. More
