My car was delivered to my home on time by Ryan who made the car delivery process very easy and pleasant. he was very helpful to explain everything to me showing me all the cool features in my New CRV. i loved the online buying experience with this dealer, Efran the financial Manager very honest and very easy to deal with, Mary Noon is very helpful to facilitate everything for great online buying experience. Salesman Mario Di Lorio is AMAZING We purchased our first Honda Pilot in 2014 from Mario and he gave us a GREAT deal. Two years ago we were interested in purchasing another Pilot. Mar We purchased our first Honda Pilot in 2014 from Mario and he gave us a GREAT deal. Two years ago we were interested in purchasing another Pilot. Mario was honest enough to tell us to wait another year because it wouldn't be worth it at that time. How many car salesman are honest enough to stop a customer from wasting their money and sacrifice making money? NONE, however Mario is an upright and honest guy. We went back to Mario and once again he saved us MULTIPLE thousands of dollars and gave us a SUPERIOR interest rate. I absolutely recommend doing business with this man. Mario gives his undivided attention to each customer and truly cares. He wants to make sure you return to him which I will do in the future because I only buy Hondas (this is our 7th Honda). They did not deliver what they promised! A complete disappointment. I would never recommend them! They make promises they don’t deliver on. All talk. 1. If you are a college grad and you show proof, there’s supposed to be a $500 rebate- didn’t happen! 3. And check your debit / credit card that you pay the correct amount. Our SUV was okay, but we were looking for something more versatile We recently found out that we’re expecting an addition to the family in September. Our SUV was okay, but we were looking for something more versatile with easier access to 3rd row seating. USAA has partnerships with various dealerships and Joyce Honda is one of them. Efren Madrigal sat down with me, reviewed what our needs and wants were and went over all of our options. No pressure at all. The finance manager, Steve, walked me through the paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. Yosh went through the vehicle with me and showed me all of the technology and various features. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints. I highly recommend dealing with the folks at Joyce Honda. More
