I had originally purchased my new car from another Honda Dealership (independently owned). The previous dealership’s professionalism made me very uncomfortable and unhappy with my purchase. Joyce Honda apologized on behalf of that dealership without being asked to do so. Efren made sure I was comfortable and happy with my new car.
