Our SUV was okay, but we were looking for something more versatile with easier access to 3rd row seating. USAA has partnerships with various dealerships and Joyce Honda is one of them. Efren Madrigal sat down with me, reviewed what our needs and wants were and went over all of our options. No pressure at all. The finance manager, Steve, walked me through the paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. Yosh went through the vehicle with me and showed me all of the technology and various features. The Deal - By comparison to other dealers we can say that we got a very good deal which is competitively priced and rivals the best deal given by other dealers. It doesn't mean there was no more scope for negotiation [I'm sure there was (wink)] but because they offered a good price in first go, we didn't feel like negotiating more. The Experience - I think it was an overall great experience and I'd like to go back to them for our next car. More
