This experience was terrible Not only was I overcharged but he didn't even fix what he charged me for!.. My car broke down at the next mechanic shop literally as I was leaving because the battery cable cam but he didn't even fix what he charged me for!.. My car broke down at the next mechanic shop literally as I was leaving because the battery cable came undone.. because it wasn't tightened Not to mention hearing my car had $15,000 worth of work that needed to be done and then hearing the next skilled mechanic shop tell me that that was a total exaggeration and that not only did I not need suspension work done but it looks like he had already been done.. then when I called to see how much longer they would have my car on Saturday my representative was very short with me and told me it'll be done Monday or Tuesday... I waited until Tuesday to call and she advised me" She was juust about to call me" sure!... Why do I feel like my car was ready on Monday but they just wanted me to wait because I wasn't going to pay that astronomical amount that they just penciled in All of those things on that report that said immediate attention needed did not need attention immediately It was totally exaggerated never again.. get honest technicians that aren't going to lie to the customers and phone representatives who not going to cop attitudes Have a blessed day More

I purchased a used car from the dealer. I live about 5 hrs away from the dealer and saw the car online. I specifically asked the salesman if there was any damage on the car before i drive d I live about 5 hrs away from the dealer and saw the car online. I specifically asked the salesman if there was any damage on the car before i drive down to test drive and purchase it. he said the car was pristine. so we came to a agreement on price and set up a date to purchase. I drove down to purchase the car and the back bumper was popped out of place and some dings on the side of the car. they finally decided to give me some off the price we agreed on and said the bumper just needed popped back into place. Needless to say the repair was not that easy and it cost double the amount they came down to repair it. I contacted the Sales Manager and he said we agreed on the price due to the damage! I then contact the GM and basically got told the same thing. Not to mention the extra $250 he said he was going to give me that still wasn't enough still hasn't come in the mail. the Title work has taken too long to process even though this was a cash deal. Buyer beware and ensure you car is represented in the condition explained before give them business. Messaged 3 times about my title and money the GM agreed to will zero response back! More
