My expensive top of the line, best in class, extended warranty, 7 year, unlimited mileage bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) Josh is a great service advisor. My expensive top of the line, best in class, extended warranty, 7 year, unlimited mileage bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) water leaks through the roof top lights. A known manufacturer defect and its not covered. Really? 38k miles and the roof leaks. Not the dealerships fault but Cmon man. My 24 Powerwagon has had 3 bad driveshaft or transfer case seals go bad. and was covered. But not the roof seal? My 25 1500 Limited has had a couple sensor issues and been covered. How much did I allow Arrigo to CASH out on my 2 brand new trucks i bought? Both with the very expensive so called bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) water leaking through the lights warranty. How would you feel about that? Im going to buy 2 more new trucks soon. Do I have to hand write the possible roof leaks must be covered next time. Im only buying Ram so what should I do different? I asked to speak with the GM but only got to see Chuck Loomis who at least listened to my issue. Thank you Chuck and Josh in service. More

Music was a little load. Had to talk loader to hear the sells rep and other people. The size of the lobby made the music echo out Was upsetting to me and my wife. Me and my wife was only told who had the lowest interest. We was never offered a print out or even a chance to look at it on the monitor. So we truly don’t know what offers we had.
