They were very good to me, test drove, noticed an issue with the driver side mirror and they have been very good and very fast about taking care of it. They worked with me to beat another dealers price and with the driver side mirror and they have been very good and very fast about taking care of it. They worked with me to beat another dealers price and got the deal, TJ is very fast and responsive. Would definitely do business with them again. More

Too big a bureaucracy. Positive: really worked with me to get my limited warranty to cover a needed fix (thank you, and 4.47 stars to Mr. Chan for that aspect). Negative: in fixing that problem, they made haywire out of my wiring and didn't take ownership of that fault (verified by 2nd opinion later, and confirmed by implication of limited warranty offering to continue to cover the needed wiring fix). The whole operation is too big - it was ultimately clear that they didn't need me to be a happy customer, and so did not take responsibility for the haywire. I'll roll dice elsewhere. More

The new sales department for GM vehicles and the finance department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in t department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in the service department was horrendous. They were lazy did not respond. The manager in the department was unavailable for over four hours. I waited for a return phone call for assistance for over four hours. Until I walked in and Mr. Mike blue took my information and he promptly handled the issue. Congrats to him for stepping up. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Edwin was ready with the tag and car information as soon as I pulled up. He said it would be ready in 1.5 hours. When I walked back into the service department my name was be called out indicating my vehicle was ready. They gave me a paper stating the work that had been done and the condition of other parts from the inspection. Vehicle is running great. Overall, a great experience. More
