Appreciate Jeremy G's time to raise concerns and listen to a customers frustration. Based on Jeremy's actions - Id give them another shot when it's time to buy our next vehicle.. Thank you Jeremy.. Look, I get that Dealers can opt to charge a higher interest rate (the hold back vs the buy rate)and frankly, Its unethical. Bought a used Volvo and the dealer opted to charge 1% over what should have been charged for the interest rate. Talking with the Credit Union they used - with Tier A+ credit, the dealer should have just charged what the bank rate was.. Is the car I bought, great.. yep.. In this economy, A Buyer shouldn't have to go to the bank first to verify that the dealer isn't going to greedily charge a higher rate.. Buyer beware.. this dealer likes to play games with finance.... More

Ed Salloum was nothing short of fantastic in terms of how he guided us through the process of finding, understanding, and closing on our new X3. He was direct and succinct, and (most importantly) honest, and gave very valuable tips on how to set up the car to our liking. The X3 has changed quite a bit electronically since our 2015 X3, and Ed was able to guide us efficiently through the fluff to get to the most important settings. Despite the fact that the car was fresh off the boat on their remote lot, Ed was able get it prepped and ready for us to drive home in just an hour or so. We never felt pressured in any way, and Ed seemed to actively streamline the inevitably long process of finance, transfer of title etc. as best as possible. Highly recommended! More

Damian flowed through the finance presentation very gracefully, making everything as clear as I could expect. He tuned his presentation to our particular needs and interests. He's also a very interesting and amusing guy to talk to about any one of a range of life subjects, during those inevitable quiet moments, while we were waiting for this or another piece of paperwork to "go through." We left feeling that we had spent time with a very interesting friend. The dealership itself could use a little sprucing up outside, walkways and lots, and a little more orderly organization of their stock of cars, new vs. used, x3s vs other models, etc. But in the end, they had the car we were looking for when others didn't. So it all worked, and yes I would go back again. More
