This dealership is over an hour away from me, so to have the option to not have to drive there for negotiations and then for pick up of vehicle was SO helpful! Lilly, the woman who sold me the SUV, was punctual with responses and kept me up to date on the status of the Grand Hylander Hybrid XLE. She answered all my questions before pick up day, so when I picked up the vehicle today everything was all done. No need to wait for car insurance switch, no wait for credit check, etc, Lilly was 100% knowledgeable about the vehicle. I've never had a hybrid, and I've had Honda's since 2002. Going into a new brand of car and one that functions different than a regular gas car was a lot for me. But Lilly made it so easy. The finance manager was also incredibly helpful. There were no bait and switches pulled, no changes in the price we agreed on. They made this experience so easy, I chose this Toyota dealership over ones much closer to me. This dealership is approx 1hr 15mins away from me. I could have gone somewhere closer, but my experience with the others was what my generation knows as a "typical" dealership experience. For instance, treating me like I was an idiot (probably b/c I'm a woman & tried getting hidden fees by me), were pushy, rude, etc. Toyota of Wallingford did none of that. 5 stars! More
