I was so nervous the day I went to the dealership....but I was greeted by a friendly easy going salesman who introduced himself simply as "Joe " Joe proceeded to be knowledgeable and honest about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I ended buying the car. Joe followed up caring and concern if I was satisfied... Very happy with our experience at WOW Toyota. Shay was very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient during the buying process. The financing process was efficient and straightforward, though the $1000 deposit we put down was not considered in the paperwork until my husband inquired about it. Overall, our experience was a bit bumpy but the team was well-equipped to handle the challenges and I love my new car. More
