Service individual was very polite and great . Unfortunately i bough a brand new X3 with a black grill , after 3 months paint started to come off so scheduled to get a new grill. When part came in Unfortunately i bough a brand new X3 with a black grill , after 3 months paint started to come off so scheduled to get a new grill. When part came in was silver and they told me that is how it comes . If i wanted to get it black again it would be at my cost . So i bought a brand new vehicle with a defect but when it was time to get it corrected it was at my cost ?? More
