BMW service did an excellent job replacing the rear lugs and changing the oil. The inspection pointed out that I had a broken spring in the rear of the x -5 and quoted me to replace. I did replace both side and changing the oil. The inspection pointed out that I had a broken spring in the rear of the x -5 and quoted me to replace. I did replace both sides for half the money quoted in Copley,Oh. Also you quoted to replace the oil gasket but I choose not to replace at this time. In a year or two I might get a new SUV. More
