We’ve bought dozens of Covert vehicles over the years, but our experience with Covert Cadillac Bee Cave was so disappointing that we sold our Cadillac and moved to a new dealership. The service department but our experience with Covert Cadillac Bee Cave was so disappointing that we sold our Cadillac and moved to a new dealership. The service department was very good but when the transmission needed to be replaced on a new vehicle, we were very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled by management. Although GM authorized a replacement transmission we were uncomfortable with the need of such a major system in a new car and wanted to speak with the general manager about possible solutions to address our concerns. The Bee Cave management team was a huge disappointment. We were not allowed to speak with the general manager and we were shuffled from one department manager to another. Over the course of a week, we spoke with 3 different people who assured us they would get answers to our questions yet not one called us back in spite of each one promising to call the next day. It seemed they were just trying to wear us down until we gave up, so we did and took our business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing after such a long standing relationship with the Coverts. More

Didn’t feel I was given the priority a customer deserves. The buying process started on a Saturday, but it only proceeded further on Monday because I called to check up on the status. Worst sales experience ever , worst sales man ,sales manager,and a worst general manager, will never come back , never tried to find a solution from 3 levels of sales. ,found a newer XT6 ,with less mi manager,and a worst general manager, will never come back , never tried to find a solution from 3 levels of sales. ,found a newer XT6 ,with less miles I paid an additional 7k. ,I paid cash. Alarming Worst experience ever. The duplicity of covert Cadillac along with its unresponsive behavior corporate cannot get a hold of them.. Weakest customer service!how is this dealer even in operation. After wasting almost 6 months of my life and weeks of contacting corporate they decided to honor the repurchase very clever they dragged their feet on my situation which led to the possibility of even reordering the Escalade I had waited 2-3 months to receive impossible to reorder since they can only take in 2025 and no longer 2024 orders had they approved my request since the first repair I would’ve been able to get it no problem. Covert Cadillac falls short being certified in anything rather cheat me from my hard earned money which by the way they are making me fight hard for.
