Shopping experience was great overall, mostly due to who I was working with. Eddy Lindt was great. Very happy with the car. For the "#1 Infiniti dealership in the country" I expect the best car buying ex I was working with. Eddy Lindt was great. Very happy with the car. For the "#1 Infiniti dealership in the country" I expect the best car buying experience I will ever have, but here are some things that could be improved: - I arrived at 2pm and did not drive off the lot until 5:30pm and I spent most of that time sitting around in the waiting area. - They give you the usual deal, trying to sell you extended warranties and diamond coatings, etc. When you say no, they'll throw some shade, but nothing much more than used car salesmen will typically do. Just push through that and you'll be fine. - No flexibility for negotiation at all. This is a trend I don't enjoy in dealerships today, but that's how it is. They said the car I bought was aggressivley priced, but it was not. I did extensive research on this particular car, and it was in the upper range for that make, model, year, and mileage. I still bought it as I knew what I was paying for. But they also put a 'KBB price' on their website to make it look like you're getting a great deal and markdown, but you're not. At the end of the day, I knew I was paying for a CPO vehicle from a luxury car dealer, so it was going to be more expensive. - ACH wire transfers seemed to be cutting edge technology for this dealership. They were expecting a paper check for my down payment and seemed a little surprised that I was going to do a wire transfer. Being unequipped to handle standard technology was unexpected, especially for a "luxury" buying experience. Overall, my experience is that buying a used car will always be a somewhat painstaking process, but of the terrible experiences I could have had, this was far from the worst. Do your research and know what you're getting into. You will pay more at this dealership guaranteed, but just know that going in. More

Things went well. My only gripes are I drove from out of town with an appointment, and it still took two hours to finalize paperwork. When I was doing my final signing, the sales associate going thru my Docusign paperwork took a phone call in the midst of signing and was very clearly not an emergency. This was quite disrespectful and showed that he no longer valued my time because I was already committed. Perhaps picky, but coming from a business professional with similar duties, I would never imagine doing this with one of my customers, much less one making a substantial purchase such as this. Eddy was great, a little pushy for me to do a video, (which I may have been more apt to do if my time felt valued). More
