He made promises and then act like he didn't I have text message proof and after the sale of the vehicle which is a 2023 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 3/16/24 and didn't take ownership until 4/23/24 , 6 days message proof and after the sale of the vehicle which is a 2023 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 3/16/24 and didn't take ownership until 4/23/24 , 6 days before my first payment and he wouldn't take any calls from me about updates about my car which I had added a trim package and he told his manager I was pressuring him and his manager Eddie Williams told him to ignore me that he would handle it so he tried to intimidate me by yelling and screaming at me in front on the employee so I filed a complaint on both party involved I am a loyal customer I have purchased 7 vehicle from this dealership and have referred over 6 people and this was how was treated from GM Eddie Williams I was told to get off his property and that Nissan doest want my business and that they would not be servicing my vehicle I was aloud on the property anymore so I have filed a complaint with corporate waiting on result More

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought my car new from this location in 2020 and have had to have it in twice since then because it's had issues starting. The first time it had to I bought my car new from this location in 2020 and have had to have it in twice since then because it's had issues starting. The first time it had to be towed in(it was repaired under warranty), the second time(recently) I drove it to the dealership because it was doing the exact same thing it was doing the first time, but now that it is out of warranty it has a completely different diagnosis than it did the first time for the same exact problem. This time I have been told it would cost $1359 for the part. I understand it is out of warranty, however if it was fixed the first time I wouldn't be having issues now. I have also emailed the General Manager with no response and it has been almost two weeks. More

Mr Eddie William is not a nice man and he has a bad temper I don’t like the way he talked to me when I brought my daughter a 2022 Nissan Altima. When he first came into the office I told him don’t wast temper I don’t like the way he talked to me when I brought my daughter a 2022 Nissan Altima. When he first came into the office I told him don’t waste my time by playing games with me and I wouldn’t waste his time. His tone of voice made me feel like he wanted to talk down to me. I’m not sure if it was because I was a woman or what. When I kept asking and about my APR he would not tell me. Then he tried quoting me and APR before checking me credit score 4.99%. I told him I wasn’t accepting an APR for that percent. Then I told them to get me someone else because I didn’t want to talk to him anymore. Then he blows up and say that he wasn’t going to sell me a car. By that time I was on my way out the door going to my car. When he seen that I was not playing game with them at the dealership and I was leaving. He came out and halfway apologized. The only reason why I bought the car from from Lander’s Mcclarty Nissan is because I had an excellent salesman and my daughter like the car. I will never recommend that dealership to anybody. More
