The people and service have been consistently excellent and expensive (consistent with my expectations); however, the car wash facility is horribly under-engineered, closes every time the temperature is be and expensive (consistent with my expectations); however, the car wash facility is horribly under-engineered, closes every time the temperature is below 45 degrees (or for no reason whatsoever) and routinely takes from 30-45 minutes (way too long for a quick exterior only wash). I have called to check if it was open before driving there - only to find that it is closed when I arrived 10-15 minutes later, leaving me angry and frustrated. I have waited for over an hour on multiple occasions for no good reason. By contrast, BMW just a few blocks away turns around cars in about 15 minutes no matter how long the line may be. A good friend that has also owned 3 Mercedes told me that I would HATE the car wash service before I bought my first care there; he was absolutely correct. More

Each of the individuals who I am familiar with and have worked with, are the reasons I am taking this survey. Each one in their capacity, has proven to be the reason why I am taking this survey. Not only are they personable, knowledgeable and always easy to deal with, they always go out of their way to resolve any issues.+ That is why I will be very disappointed if I have to make the decision to go elsewhere. The Mercedes labor and repair prices, have become beyond the realm of normal. The amount of money I have spent on service, both regular and extraordinary, is ridiculous and outrageous. I have reached the limit, and beyond. However, your dealership is lucky to have the staff in the service department that you do employ, and I am quite confident that they are a major reason for customers returning. I actually referred a customer last year who did come in and I told them whom to ask for in the service department, and they did leave that day with a new Mercedes off the floor. More

I just bought the car and did not need all the works and definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank! $240 (the most I've ever paid at Autohaus by a wide margin) for an oil change that took two days and the tech left the extraction port cap off. Eddie is a nice guy and none of these issues are in his control so I don't fault him. More
