
I started as a salesman in January of 2021 but have worked with people since I could start working. I am from Wahpeton, ND which is about 45 miles south of Fargo and lived there for my whole life until I moved to Fargo in June of 2020. The car I bought was not as advertised. Inspections that were completed before purchase were not done with fidelity. The car had no oil or washer fluid when I went to leave after maintenanc Inspections that were completed before purchase were not done with fidelity. The car had no oil or washer fluid when I went to leave after maintenance records showed they had just done both. The shocks were shot and needed immediate repair. My salesman never returns my phone calls and has not been helpful in resolving my issues. I am now having electrical issues with it after having it in my possession for 3 days. Was told there is nothing they can do, as I bought the car “as is.” When I brought the car back for shock work, there were a couple other things that needed repairs, which they did not do. I had to return at another time to get those things completed. More
