The dealership is pretty easy to work with. my sales person was surprisingly easy going and not pushy. They also made communication easy to which is a big bonus. The negative experience started when taking delivery of the car with all the paperwork. The finance person was pushing for Zurich-branded things I did not want, and did not make it clear how/if I could opt out. The “sell to you by default, you have to ask us a lot to not buy it” tactic was a pretty negative way to finalize and otherwise smooth experience. Shame to have what should be an exciting thing be soured in such a way so the dealership can skim another $200 off you. Pushing the stuff is annoying, but okay. I did not like the lack of clarity on how to not buy the “extras” at all. Would not recommend because of this reason. More
