I had never had my car serviced here before, and upon arrival, a young gentleman at the valet desk checked me in and advised me to go inside. I ended up waiting over three hours with my 1 year old son. After my second attempt to follow up with the valet to see why my car was taking so long, I found out that I had never been seen by a service advisor, so my car was never worked on.
I have never been so upset in my life. I actually began to cry out of pure frustration. Can you imagine coming in for a routine maintenance appointment, sitting for 3 hours and 45 minutes, only to be told that you were waiting for absolutely nothing?

I had to come back the very next day due to a coolant leak and I haven’t seen the car since. The especially bad part of our experience is the service center and the complete lack of communication. During the 40 days and counting that the car has been on their property we have received two calls about it. I of course called texted and left voicemails daily and was promised someone would get back to me and I simply did not happen
