I purchased my 2026 Cadillac Vistic from Colonial Cadillac. The salesperson was not very helpful or professional, and during the sales process, I requested to get elevated to the sales manager. The sales manager was helpful during the sale, however. My car was only delivered with one key. I followed up with the sales manager a few times to try to get the second key. I received an initial response that they were going to follow back up with me. However, multiple attempts to follow up with the sales manager have not resulted in any callback or any second key. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Colonial Cadillac. More
