My service advisor is Melissa Toole, she has been great to work with. The service team at Jim Eliis has done good work on my cars at a fair price. Over the years any issues they have addressed was repaire to work with. The service team at Jim Eliis has done good work on my cars at a fair price. Ed didn't even acknowledge that I walked in the door. He was my service provider and just set their quiet while I lost it in front of him while he was on his computer. He could have said sir I'll be with He was my service provider and just set their quiet while I lost it in front of him while he was on his computer. He could have said sir I'll be with you in a moment but instead he said nothing. Another service member acknowledged that we were there and when I told them what car we were there about then Ed piped up. While our battery was replaced we are still having an issue with some electrical clicking noise and had to take the vehicle back it is currently there now. Buick dealerships used to be top notch now they are no better than anything else. More
