I was searching for a specific Subaru model in the Carolinas and found one soon-to-be in stock at Subaru Concord. After several telephone calls and emails between Mr. Broadway and me, we were able to Carolinas and found one soon-to-be in stock at Subaru Concord. After several telephone calls and emails between Mr. Broadway and me, we were able to drive the two hours to the dealership to pick up our car. There were a few minor stumbles: new software, refilling forms, forgot to initial important pages, but overall, the salespeople and staff at Concord were very nice, and pretty thorough. We are very pleased with the Outback and our time spent at Concord Subaru. More
