We negotiated via email and phone. All was concluded before we physically arrived at their location. We felt they should have been more prepared for our visit since it had been determined via email, te before we physically arrived at their location. We felt they should have been more prepared for our visit since it had been determined via email, text and telephone calls 2 days before when a specific day and time was established. It was clear that Dan was new to his trade but his abundant respect for us made our time with him pleasant. I will recommend Fred Anderson to my friends, who ask, with the above reservations on their overall preparedness. We will follow through with specified oil changes, but the hour trip from our house will become problematic for the future due to our age and medical conditions. More

I have had a terrible purchasing experience with Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I bought the car at the beginning of October and wanted my plates transferred over to the new vehicle. A month passes b Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I bought the car at the beginning of October and wanted my plates transferred over to the new vehicle. A month passes by and I get a new plate in the mail from the dealership with no explanation. The next day I get a letter from the DMV saying that I had a lapse in insurance and that my plates I had been driving around with were still registered to my old car! On top of this, I have been waiting for over a month and a half now on an IOU from the dealership. I have had to reach out for updates multiple times now for updates that are always lacking in details. Multiple times I have been told that the sales associate will contact me and he never does. I have been lied to multiple times by Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford regarding this and I am still trying to unravel this whole issue. I will never use Fred Anderson for purchasing again! This is simply ridiculous. At least they gave me a good price otherwise everything would have been terrible. More

From the second I walked in I was welcomed with tons of smiles (behind the facemasks- of course) and warm greetings. I worked directly with Eli the entire time, who never once made me feel like he wasn't l smiles (behind the facemasks- of course) and warm greetings. I worked directly with Eli the entire time, who never once made me feel like he wasn't listening to me, or that he just wanted to sell me a car. He made sure that all of my needs were met, and went above and beyond to make it an super easy trade-in experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market to buy a car head over to the Toyota of Sanford dealership. They are the best! More

Not professional. Do not care about the customer. Were quit to sell me a vehicle with defects. Damaged vehicle on inside and outside while attempting to fix the defects. When I showed them the damage Greg Davidson (Manager) said "Are we responsible for all the problems with your vehicle"? I said Yes, since you have had it more days than I have and the damage wasn't there when it was left with you. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and now they won't even return my calls. I still have damage to my vehicle purchased 06/13/2020 and defects have not been fixed. After they had vehicle for 11 days I was afraid to leave it with them any longer given the damages they did during that time. Also car had almost a full tank of gas when left with them and only a 1/4 tank when I picked it up. More
