Thanks to his personalized approach, he found me a BMW X1 that I absolutely fell in love with. What really stood out was Jay’s dedication. He worked diligently with my dad and me to find the best price point, going above and beyond to ensure we left with a car that met all of our needs. On top of that, he was so personable! We bonded over our shared Colombian roots, our connection to New York City, and even being from the same borough—Brooklyn! I then worked with Dylan in finance who had all of my paperwork ready to go and was detailed in explaining all of the paperwork I was signing for my lease. They went pushy and made the car buying process such an easy experience compared to other dealerships I visited while I was searching for a car. I would work with them again in an instant. More
