Would highly recommend Werner Mazda. Ryan in sales was terrific. No pressure, personable, quick to have car ready to test drive, easy going, knowledgable. Sales manager, Rich, was incredibly helpful in satisfactorily solving an issue with my new car. And settling on a price I was happy with was an easy, no pressure process. Dylan in service was so patient, respectful and kind in explaining the work they were doing. Eric in sales was also super responsive in helping resolve an issue and having my new vehicle delivered to me. Matt in finance was also no pressure, super personable and helpful. Can't ask for more. I'd purchase here again for sure. More

The staff at the service desk are wonderful, knowledgeable and solution focused. I love the video and text communication network with the service engineers performing the work on my car. I purchased my sweet Mazda Miata in 2011 and have loyally returned each year to Werner for service because I always leave there with my concerns & questions answered and a feeling of being well taken care of. My first impression of the dealership was that it's very clean and attractive. It was very busy over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. But, despite that, I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a f clean and attractive. It was very busy over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. But, despite that, I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price. They also completed the deal hours shorter than my last car buying experience about 4 years ago at another dealership (Honda). Everyone was very nice to work with and I will not hesitate to bring my new 2025 CX-5 2.5 Turbo Signature back there for service. All the folks involved in handling my trade-in were also very accommodating and helpful. The service folks hustled at the end of the next business day to get me my inspection sticker, which was much appreciated. I have two minor complaints: The dealer website could use a little work. Every time I priced out a vehicle on the site, it generated a new request to the sales team. By the end of my online pricing review, I had 4 different sales folks reaching out. Also, there are odd hard coded financing term lengths like 27 months but not 36 months for the payment calculator in the finance section. First world problems. After being a diehard Honda enthusiast for the last 26 years, I decided to change it up with Mazda. I love my new CX-5 and the amazing value it brings compared to the competition! I'm stoked about the level of performance and luxury it has. Mazda, please don't change that in future models. More

Thank you, Dylan, for, scheduling my appointment. I appreciated the video and the notice when my car was ready. Very efficient.
