I had an appointment for a service call with a loaner car, when I arrived they said my service rep. was Dwayne and he was busy. I waited about 15 minutes for him and when we sat down he determined that car, when I arrived they said my service rep. was Dwayne and he was busy. I waited about 15 minutes for him and when we sat down he determined that since my car is only 1 yr old, all I needed was an A service which doesn't get me a loaner car (even though the vehicle itself said it needed a B service). He then told me that it would only take about an hour - give or take. I told him that I can only wait about an hour because I had to get to work and I have no patience. Well I waited TWO and HALF Hours for this service and I would have been there longer if I didn't scream my head off at him because my car was all finished and washed and he just let it sit there for no reason. This person doesn't care about his customers and takes his time to get anything done. I was told by another employee that he is by far the slowest service advisor that works there. Well after purchasing 5 cars from them, I will be taking my business elsewhere! DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! More

I left my house keys in the car. When I returned, I connected w Vish from sales who said he would assist me. He left me waiting in the heat for more than 20 mins & NVR returned. I am disabled and he is very accommodating to my disabilities. He makes sure the car is serviced correct and checks everything. He crosses the T's and dots all the I's for me. He is very kind and responsive. I live out East and the other dealerships have not been so nice to me, regarding my disability and they also have charged me for tires that should have been pro-rated.
