DO NOT GIVE THESE SKETCHY PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. People deserve to know the truth. These people are heartless and have no empathy. Absolute CROOKS! The prices online do not match what they tell you in person. This is a completely unethical business that does not deserve business. I have no idea how they are still running. They speak and do things so quickly to scam customers until it's too late. If you are thinking about going here please DON'T or DO YOUR RESEARCH before you go, run numbers, call other dealerships, go through a broker because if you don't they'll take you for all you got and do it with a smile knowing they're swindling you. According to their website, MSRP is $43,705. On the lease agreement, it is valued at $52,330.72. That is a difference of $8,625.72 They misinformed her that she needed these extra warranties/coverages and that's the reason the monthly payments increased. She put 7k down with $748.18 monthly payments. I advised her on the phone to unwind the deal, but she said they pressured her into signing. For reference, a reasonable deal on the specific trim of the Pilot is $4300 down $475/mo 36mo/10k miles. Over the course of a 3 year lease, that comes out to $21,400. My mother will be paying $35,586.30 with the terms they gave to her. That is a $14,186 difference! They straight up took advantage of an old woman and lied to her that this is a great deal. More
