I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. More importantly, his graciousness, absence of 'hard-sell', patience and general civility was the reason I chose to stay and buy a car (beyond the fact that the product, the CR-V Honda is an excellent car.) The environment was friendly and they provided coffee and iced water. The only downside was that the purchase process was exceedingly long. But, it is because of Mr Hinds that I chose to stay and complete the deal. More
