I finally called THEM, and after waiting over 15 minutes, I had to drive my other car to the dealership to make contact with someone in the service department. At first, the service people could not find the paperwork for the Durango....eventually the paperwork was found. Because I had driven another car, I had to drive back home and wait for the shuttle service. This is not the first time that I have been less than satisfied with their service. More

He has great customer skills and never tires of my questioning, even showing the issue on the service floor and meeting the mechanic, before any work is done. Maybe that explains why next month my Grand Cherokee will be 10 years old and is still climbing hills and plowing through the snow! And now even my sister takes her new GC to Dwayne. More

Our new Charger is the fifth car we've purchased at Ourisman Chrysler since 2000, and each time the experience has been better than the time before. We keep returning there primarily because of the qu Ourisman Chrysler since 2000, and each time the experience has been better than the time before. We keep returning there primarily because of the quality of the cars themselves and the wonderful service we've received by Dwayne and others through the years. And in buying the new car last week, just as always, everyone we encounter is pleasant, caring and understanding of any concerns or problems, and they don't try and sway you into doing or buying something that you didn't already have in mind. Dan was especially helpful this time in explaining the new technology on the Charger. After driving it home, I didn't have too much to do to get it all set to drive beyond programming the presets for the radio! I definitely plan on continuing to tell everyone these are the best cars and the best dealership I've found. More
