I would love to share my experience with you! My service advisor was extremely rude. I bought the vehicle in for a service update for the auto start. I was initially told to just drop it off and My service advisor was extremely rude. I bought the vehicle in for a service update for the auto start. I was initially told to just drop it off and as soon as I drop it off it would go to the back and take about 30 mins. However, I was sitting for about an hour and I noticed the car hadn’t gone to the back. I went to my service advisor and nicely said “ hello sir, do you know when they will pull my vehicle to the back?” He replied, “whenever they come get it.” Taken aback, I asked do you know when that will be because I would have to get to work soon. He replied again with “whenever they come to pull it back there!” I advised him, that I could not stay and I advised I’ll come back another day. Instead of asking me when I would like to reschedule, he got up from his seat and snatched the number out of the car and came back in the office area and said your keys is in the car. I then go to my car, realizing hey I haven’t set up another appointment, so I go back in and he is talking about me to the lady working next to him, and as I walked in he tried to be quiet. I approached him, and asked can I schedule an appointment for tomorrow. He said just come in, I asked was he sure because I had to schedule one for today. He said no, I left out. I then get in my car, mimicking my motions in a flamboyant, and sassy manner. I’m guessing because I am gay. So I lowered the window down and just stared because I don’t entertain ignorance. The next day I come back with my work laptop prepared to wait the duration that it may take, and immediately as I walked in, I stepped to the side for one of the ladies to take care of me and he rushes and says I’ll take care of you. I advised I prefer one of the ladies to help me he says no I have your paperwork on the desk from yesterday. I allow him to assist me and take the car to the back since he was so persistent, however I was very uncomfortable. I prefer to use another dealership from now and would not like to be associated with this one. The way I was treated was unacceptable. I don’t know what his problem was, but I definitely showed him grace and respect. More
