He had the ultimate knowledge of the vehicle, as we purchased a Kia from another dealership, and had to YouTube how to utilize the features as we were not shown. The little touches such as asking if we would like water on a warm day to offering to drive us over to the finance department meant so much. Knowing that he had intimate knowledge of the Kia Sportage we selected, not simply because it was his job, but because a member of his own family has the vehicle, sealed the deal for us. He worked efficiently and also provided a level of care that is unmatched. We purchased our last Kia at another dealership and felt disrespected by the representative. This was not our experience Dr. Dotson! The way he showed interest in our needs and wants for our purchase was genuine. He really cared about providing us with the vehicle we wanted, as opposed to trying to upsell or place us in the vehicle he believed we should have. His integrity and overall good nature extended even to my children. He asked their names, remembered them, and engaged them both in conversation.
