Not many places that I go into, where I feel like Elvis walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! Anyone who has met me, makes a point to come up and talk to me or walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! Kenneth James is just great every single time I need service or repairs/concerns. He’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated on my vehicles. My ace. Doug is almost a tie. Been knowing him for close to 20 years at Longo and his last dealership. I try to divvy up my services between the two. But both are excellent. Every experience at Logo of Prosper has been positive in purchasing a new and a used vehicle, service department and the leadership team.
