I’ve come in for service a few times now on both of my vehicles. Longo Toyota has treated me well each time. It’s more expensive to get the work I need done versus going to a local shop, but at least it’s vehicles. Longo Toyota has treated me well each time. Not many places that I go into, where I feel like Elvis walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! Anyone who has met me, makes a point to come up and talk to me or walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! I feel more like a team member or family, than I do a customer. Nothing is fake, it all feels genuine, and I appreciate it. Kenneth James is just great every single time I need service or repairs/concerns. He’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated on my vehicles. My ace. Doug is almost a tie. Been knowing him for close to 20 years at Longo and his last dealership. I try to divvy up my services between the two. But both are excellent. Tony Bailey is my exclusive sales consultant and should be yours too! Nothing but the best customer service and easy buying process.
