Hello my name is Doug Gaddy and I have been in auto sales for the last twenty years. With some of the makes being Jeep, Kia Hyundai , Volkswagen,Chevy, Dodge,Mitsubishi,Chrysler,Isuzu,Buick etc. I think my customer service skills is second to none. And the most important thing to me is gaining rapport and trust with my customers. Customer service is also very important and special to me. I love working with customers to reach their goals and meet their needs.And every morning I wake up my Prayer is to Bless that I might be a Blessing to someone else. And if you give the opportunity and entrust your services in my more than capable hands I promise to give you one hundred and fifty percent. And if for some unforeseen reason I cannot make a deal with you at least allow me to transform you to an educated consumer.

They will lie to you about your credit score, to get you to pay the amount they want you to pay! And of course all of the documentation they show you about your credit score, disappears extremely fast from to pay the amount they want you to pay! And of course all of the documentation they show you about your credit score, disappears extremely fast from the desk and you’ll never see it again. I read other websites/reviews about this dealership… So many other people complain about the same issue. More

Stay away from this place. These guys got me in there on the pretense that I could take the car out for an unchaperoned test drive (for an hour) so that I can have my wife and mother in law get in the car. the pretense that I could take the car out for an unchaperoned test drive (for an hour) so that I can have my wife and mother in law get in the car. My wife just had a baby and my mother in law has other health issues and both are afraid of COVID. They said that I can take the car for an hour and bring it back. I got there exactly at the premade appointment time. The guy that I made the appointment with (Doug) was with another customer. He assigned me to another guy (whose name I didn't catch) who promptly left me for a morning huddle with all the employees! Why can't they do a team meeting BEFORE they open the store? After he came back, he was just dragging his feet, eventually telling me that they are not going to let me take the car out for a test-drive! His boss "doesn't remember" clearing this, when I called in 5 days ago and Doug told me that "his boss cleared it"! Maybe they didn't think my skin color was trustworthy enough for an unchaperoned test-drive... or maybe my skin-color can't afford it! More

I went in to get a Kia Sorenta, liked the Sportage better . Really good expiernce. Detailed, patient , very thorough . I went in to check out the Sorento, to see how pricing and everything would be.
