I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia on the Boulevard and want to warn other buyers about the psychological sales tactics and outright financial scams used here. After agreeing on a vehicle, and a price and want to warn other buyers about the psychological sales tactics and outright financial scams used here. After agreeing on a vehicle, and a price $500 off the advertised certified vehicle price I came back the next day to purchase. Where they tried to charge me more to have it certified. It was advertised as certified. I was going to walk out but they said they'd honor it and that was when the games began. I was subjected to the "waiting game." I was left sitting at a desk for hours with absolutely no legitimate reason, a clear tactic meant to cause buyer fatigue so I would stop fighting back against their paperwork. The 'government fees' were listed incredibly high in the original quote and only got higher after they agreed to the $500 discount. I had to push for an itemized quote, which remained just hand written random costs until I got in the finance office 5 hour later. This is where the surprise hidden fees were forced into the final contract. Specifically, $312 "messenger/courier fee." In an unbelievable display of unprofessionalism, after charging me $312 for a messenger service, the dealership made ME drive to the local title place to get everything processed myself. They essentially stole $312 for a service they forced me to perform. I dealt primarily with Oggie Beleshko the sales manager and Michael Framo the General Sales Manager are highly unprofessional and scammers. The sales rep that I test drove the car with was barely involved and seemed a bit embarrassed by the whole process. He just abandoned his desk and let them 'handle' me. Also, later when I really looked at the paperwork, I found they drew up the papers for the title company with a different sale price, (higher) a different sales tax and a different messenger fee. Looks like they figured a way to get the $500 discount back on the back end. Avoid this dealer at all costs to buy a new or used car! . More

He was great with communication, and very friendly and down to earth! I would do business with him again when shopping for a new car. Walked in and left a message for the finance manager, because he was off, and he never returned my call. The worse dealership in Philadelphia. Wish I read the terrible reviews prior to buying a car from them. I feel bad for Andy and Chris, who are great at their salesmanship. They should leave and get a job elsewhere. More

When searching for a pre-owned car, I had to shop around, coming up short-handed with meeting my financial needs. I have been looking around, and a co-worker suggested for me to try Kia on the blvd. She got coming up short-handed with meeting my financial needs. I have been looking around, and a co-worker suggested for me to try Kia on the blvd. She got a great deal with cars. I called to set up a visit, spoke to Andy Agalliu, told him my situation over the phone and I said I will be today. He had the patience of a saint, no sales gimmicks, he worked with me with payments, even went with me to my bank to close a deal, I can't begin to full express how much this guy deserves a Grammy, He made me feel like family, going beyond the call of duty, every fine detail, every stitch to meet my needs. I can't remember the last time I walked into a dealership, sat down with a sales person, and came home happy. I got the best deal for my finances, Andy took care of everything for me, every last detail, I can't stress enough how much this means to me as a buyer of a car with my unfortunate situation. Every one is pleasant there, everyone I came into contact with today, I personally said Andy will get five stars rating, Anyone looking for a car, I highly recommend drop by and see Andy Agalliu, he treats you like family, not just okay I want to sell you a car and I got points. Didn't get what I wanted, but got better! After months of online searching and reviewing of cars, I came across Desimone Auto Group. The Kia Optima SXL drew me to this dealership for an amazin After months of online searching and reviewing of cars, I came across Desimone Auto Group. The Kia Optima SXL drew me to this dealership for an amazing price. Of course that's to lure you in. I got to the dealership, after being bamboozled at another dealership, 15 mins to closing. I was greeted by Regin who asked what he can do for us. I told him I wanted to test drive the Optima. He immediately grabbed the keys and license plate. I fell in love immediately. Unfortunately, the financing process is NEVER easy. I had a pre-approval and there were bank issues so I had to wait to the next day. The next morning I got a call from Regin asking what time we would be coming in so he could have the paperwork ready. He had contacted the bank to ensure everything would go smoothly. We got there at about 1 p.m. Yet again, there was an issue. This time it was with the vehicle. A downpayment or trade in was required, which I had neither of. So I was a little discouraged and upset. Regin and Anthony began to offer me different cars that didn't meet my standards of wants. They finally offered me a vehicle I just couldn't argue with. They agreed to waive the downpayment requirement and said no trade in was needed. That was an offer I couldn't refuse. I walked away with a 2014 Kia fully loaded. It certainly isn't the Optima, but I have to admit it's definitely better. All in all, my dealership experience was GOOD. Even down to the daunting finance part, Gus and my husband had great conversation about their love for cars. The kids even got high fives. Faulkner Nissan told me I could never walk out of a dealership without putting money down or trading in. Obviously, they were wrong. Thanks Regin and Anthony! More
