Jax CJDR is why so many do not trust big dealerships. My wife went to buy a used vehicle. Advertised price was around $29k. Salesman Chris was good. He did what all salesmen would. However, this is where it went downhill. After a short test drive, financing approval was told to her. She went to signing with Reggie, was hurried through, and left with her vehicle. While driving home, she noticed some play in the steering. I drove the vehicle and confirmed the issue. I promptly took the vehicle back to the dealer and the service rep informed me the pitman arm was loose. Thank goodness it didn't come off while she was driving or the dealerships name would have changed to "My last name" CJDR. That issue was fixed by the dealer. About a week later, she contacted the finance company reference her payment plan, due date, etc. She was informed by the finance company that the contract had not been approved. They needed additional information. She was finally approved after approximately three weeks, in the amount of $37,000. After this, I asked to review the paperwork. Come to find out,, Reggie had slipped in the "Platinum" warranty without notifying her. Florida law states, 'The dealership MUST disclose any warranty terms, obligations, or conditions". This was not conveyed or disclosed to her by Reggie. Additionally, federal law states, Warrantors provide consumers with detailed information about warranty coverage. (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.) Again, she was not informed of the "platinum" warranty by Reggie. Lastly, the Federal Trade Commission requires dealers to disclose information about the warranty and the consumers rights in a clear and easy to read document. However, Reggie never disclosed the warranty, informed her about it, or showed this document to her. As a Veteran and lifelong public servant, I will NOT recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. It is abhorrent that a dealership would prey on people like this just to make a buck. Lastly, she attempted to refinance the vehicle in an attempt to lower the interest rate and monthly payment. However, this will not be able to happen due to the additional almost $3k Platinum warranty that has put us upside down on this vehicle and to reiterate, Reggie did not disclose. More

Had it 3 days, in the shop. Got it back and 3 days later in the shop again. The app shows it had electircal work done at 6 miles. Long story short, the GM told his salesperson that there was nothing he could do. Didn't even have the guts to do it himself. I mentioned an attorney and was told they will; no longer speak with mne. 3 electrical issues in a brand new Jeep in less than 30 days and they want to hide and deflect instead of doing what is right and swapping it out. DON'T BUY HERE and Jeeps aren't built like they used to be. More
