Service done Came in to have service done. I was taken right away. Work that needed to be done was addressed from importance to "can wait to be done" I like that o Came in to have service done. Donna is terrific! I had some issues related to my original purchase of a Sonata and Donna addressed each and every one.of them . Still going Strong with Excellent Service JP did a fine job, I felt comfortable with him being the first dealing with him. I was a bit annoyed that the steering wheel was oily and door panel w JP did a fine job, I felt comfortable with him being the first dealing with him. I was a bit annoyed that the steering wheel was oily and door panel was smudged with grease. Dirt left behind by the service Technicians is easy to fix. It is also a sign of carelessness that does not go over well when one trusts their expensive vehicles to professionals who demonstrate carelessness and lack of attention to detail. That does not cost extra! But again, JP was great! More

Air Conditioner on the fritz! The air conditioner in my car has not been working properly. I called the service department and they were able to see my car the next day. Not only The air conditioner in my car has not been working properly. I called the service department and they were able to see my car the next day. Not only did they figure out what was going on with the air conditioner, they also identified and fixed an issue with my steering. I like the fact that they evaluate the total car and let you know what needs to be addressed. Donna was great at keeping in contact with me via phone and text. More

Standing behind their product We had an issue with our 2011 Sonata. At 90 thousand miles the engine seized and instead of giving us the run around it was taken care of in a profes We had an issue with our 2011 Sonata. At 90 thousand miles the engine seized and instead of giving us the run around it was taken care of in a professional and timely manner. They upheld the warranty with no hassles and really stood behind their product. Other than that we have had no issues with our vehicles. We have a Sonata and an Elantra and love them.
