During these crazy times the service department was wonderful. Used the valet option and it worked out wonderfully. I knew exactly when car would be picked up and dropped off. We’ve purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership and serviced all of them here. Over the last year or so, their service department has gone completely downhill. They have tried to sell us services we do serviced all of them here. Over the last year or so, their service department has gone completely downhill. They have tried to sell us services we don’t need, have told us they’ve fixed problems when they were not fixed, and have been unable to diagnose an ongoing problem that was diagnosed and fixed in minutes by another mechanic. I also tried to price an newer Hyundai and they wouldn’t deal at all until I brought my husband in and then they started negotiating. When the price still wasn’t where we thought it should be, we went to another Hyundai dealer and they worked with us and we bought a car from there. Additionally, we were given a complimentary car wash card when we purchased our last vehicle and told that we could wash any and all of our cars there. When I brought a car of mine not purchased there, I was told they wouldn’t wash it. While not a major issue, it is just another example of their lack of customer service. We will no longer be back for any of our car needs. More
