The service work isn’t my complaint, when I asked to have my car washed it was never explained that they changed their policy and the gold card (which was in my glove box) needed to be in the cup holder. The vehicle was dropped off the night before my appointment and they had it all day for inspection only. I waited upon pick up to get it washed on my own. The service associate kept suggesting an oil change due to the fact they recommend it ever 3750 miles due to where I live (PA). I’ve already discussed this with the service manager and I follow the normal service intervals as listed in the manual to stay within warranty. More

I'm so appreciative Colonial Hyundai was still open to assist with a recall and tun up. We all need our cars running, especially during this crazy time. I stressed to Ruben that I was still working from home and going to a 2nd job during evenings and Saturdays and that I purposely tried to get my car fixed on a Wednesday, as that was the later service night. After learning they adjusted their hours due to COVID-19 he let me know there was a valet service and that they will call me the morning of to schedule the pick up. On the morning of my appointment I receive a nice call from Donna Feliciano who was very responsive and helpful regarding communicating the service visit and the valet service pick up. At the end of the day they returned my car back to its original parking place and they did not pressure me to do anything else to my car. They fixed what I wanted quickly. Thanks again for being open and helpful to service my car in this scary time. You are all truly heroes working the front lines! More

I came in for an oil/ filter change only. Tire rotation was suggested, so I agreed. My vehicle had been detailed inside and out less than 24 hrs prior to my service. I was informed upon leaving that vehicl was suggested, so I agreed. My vehicle had been detailed inside and out less than 24 hrs prior to my service. I was informed upon leaving that vehicle had been washed and wiped down inside for me without my knowledge or permission! When I returned to my vehicle it was wet inside due to the passenger window being left partially down during the unauthorized washing. Which I guess is why my service took almost 2 hours!! Very disappointed. More
