Customer Service IS Very IMPORTANT. If you tell someone we'll have your car ready at the end of this day or tomorrow a.m. and then at the end of day 2 I call to find out what is going If you tell someone we'll have your car ready at the end of this day or tomorrow a.m. and then at the end of day 2 I call to find out what is going on with my car? That is terrible customer service. I would add, on day one she also said to me it sounds like a starter? She is NOT a mechanic. On day [5] I picked up my car. I brought it to FORD, because I needed a car I could depend on. Even after a page I typed out, giving them exactly the problem...they could NOT have been following my exact description. So disgusted. Maybe they are FINE with oil changes, easy things but MECHANICS dubious. I really hate having to say these things. I would much rather have glorified my experience with my car being fixed. They did not charge me at the end, after Rayann told me it would be $700 to put in a certain part (that my Son thought it could be) and when I asked IF they will warranty that I do not get stuck somewhere she said, hold on. Came back and said "her" manager said no charge, just come get your car. She is young and every experience makes you better at your job. Getting cars in and out (fast) may be what you think is important or perhaps FORD has those pressure tactics? No one but they know, so I hope you do NOT discard my second review, but rather use it for a learning experience. Mechanics that do NOT READ something carefully, miss the mark. My problem related to how much time passed in between where I drove to, shut if off and then how much time elapsed until I could start it again. So when the MECHANIC told me, by the time I got the equipment to diagnose it, it started. That tells me, he stopped got coffee, chatted with his friends and wasted at least a 1/2 hr. So Both RayAnn and the Mechanic (who spoke to me twice) are at fault. You need to address this. BTW, I have a copy of the piece of paper describing the car's problem. That paper was never given back to me. Mr Hopkins, never answered my email, either. I couldn't find the name of the MANAGER on the web-site, either. These are the only 2 people I personally had to deal with. So everybody else gets 1 star. More
