Good place to have your GM car worked on Brought my car in for routine maintenance and had a check engine light and some faults showing up on the dash. Don was my service writer and was atten Brought my car in for routine maintenance and had a check engine light and some faults showing up on the dash. Don was my service writer and was attentive to the issues I had. The car was fixed and the maintenance was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price. My only issue was that they asked for the car to be there first thing (I dropped it off the night before) and they didn't get it in to diagnose til 4 pm. Therefor I was out of a car for 2 days. just wish they would have got it in first thing like they asked for. More

Unorganized my truck was in the shop for 3 days for something that probably should have only taken 1 day. This rating stems from the very poor reception I received My review stems from the very poor reception that I received from the service writers. When I arrived and stood there for 15 minutes, they did not lo My review stems from the very poor reception that I received from the service writers. When I arrived and stood there for 15 minutes, they did not look up from their computer to greet me or even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. They even left the room leaving me there alone without even saying I'll be right with you. Its experiences like this that will cause customers not wanting to come back. Very simple fix. Just need to work with people skills. More

Detailing I had an oil change and a detail. The oil change was fine. The detail on the other hand I think my 9 year old could do a better job. The windows are a I had an oil change and a detail. The oil change was fine. The detail on the other hand I think my 9 year old could do a better job. The windows are awful. I had to redo them myself and there is still dust all over the dash board. After the detail there is usually a clean car smell. Not this time. I hope next time is a much better experience otherwise I don’t think I will waste my time bring it there. More
