I went for service last year July 2025. I was told a part was needed but it was on back order. I called a few times the next months without any luck on the status. I decided to go in person I was told a part was needed but it was on back order. I called a few times the next months without any luck on the status. I decided to go in person in January 2026 and Don helped me. He looked and apparently my part was received at some point but it wasn’t in the shelf. He immediately ordered the part again for me, now it wasn’t until the end of March that I heard back. It was a ridiculous amount of time waiting for a part, but once they booked me to repair my vehicle Don made sure I was taken care of. Now I am relieved and happy. More

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership, hung up on me when I was asking about my warrantee and charged for my free oil change. Had my car for like 3 months now, it was not checked before le hung up on me when I was asking about my warrantee and charged for my free oil change. Had my car for like 3 months now, it was not checked before leaving the lot, had to get new breaks for it, the check engine light keeps going on and off, but got turned away when I drove all the way there for my service appointment. Disgusting people and how they treat you. Only time they will show any kind of care is when you HAVNT bought the car yet... More
