Had to have my 2017 truck fix again and not happy with you guys. Every time I come here you guys keep forgetting to put my discount in. It’s like you are trying to screw me over. When Brandon told me it was going to cost me around $750 with my discount I said ok that’s fine. When I got there to pick it up it cost me around $1,037.00. What the heck. I am on a fixed income and was not happy to pay more. On top of it all I should not have to keep calling you guys asking if my truck is ready after you had it for like 5 to 7 hours. People have work and things to do. And for you to tell me we need your truck for two days does not work for me at all. You charge me for 4 hours of labor when I know it did not take you that long to fix it. You guys are out to screw people over and it’s not right of you at all. When I ask you about my back breaks you said their fine and today they are making noise so no you will not be fixing them for me I go somewhere else that will fix it and not kill me on the labor charge. I’ve been to the dealership multiple times for the same problems that the technicians have claimed to fix. However, each time I leave, more problems occur and my car is still smelling like mold and filling problems that the technicians have claimed to fix. Each time I’m out of a car for a week to 8 weeks at a time. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Then I have to deal with two people (not Don or Brandon) who love to give me an attitude and say well don’t touch this or that. First off it’s my car so I can touch whatever I want. Second, in order for me to open my roof, I have to touch the panel of that constantly falls off the roof and hit me in my head while I’m driving without even touching it.
