I'm stuck in the middle. I came from northern Michigan to buy a car in aLake Orion. I brought a cashier check for the approximate price of the car, but after my trade-in, I w I came from northern Michigan to buy a car in aLake Orion. I brought a cashier check for the approximate price of the car, but after my trade-in, I was owed a refund. I was told that the check would be mailed. It is now two months and many calls later and still no check. The current dealership blames the old owners but have been completely unhelpful. You'd think they'd make good to ensure a satisfied customer. My advice to you is stay away. This dealership is not interested in you once they've made the sale. More

Bassam was a true magician. My search for the perfect vehicle at a reasonable price began in my hometown of Romeo. The search went on for days until I ended up at here in Lake Orion. I wasn’t sure it was going to happen at a price I could afford, let alone, get a top-of-the-line vehicle. Bassam was patient, gracious, and accommodating during the process. The first day I met with him, he told me what could offer. I wanted to still shop around, and I needed to get a good price for my vehicle so that I could pay down the loan. Bassam kept contact with me, and by the end of the next week I was driving a brand new Jeep grand Cherokee limited out of his dealership with a monthly lease payment that was lower than every dealership I visited. It felt like an early Christmas present. I have already recommended him to several colleagues. I made sure I took business cards from his desk to pass them out. Everyone, I talk to wanted one of his cards. I highly recommend Bassam for anyone looking for an amazing vehicle at a great price. More

Do not do business with them! Went to buy out my lease due to low miles and cost of the buy out. The dealer added another $1k to the buy out figure. I have confirmed with the bank that they have given the dealer a buyout figure $1k less than what the dealer is charging me. They also said there are no additional fees. Never buying a vehicle from them again. More

Absolute worse dealer experience in 30 years! After waiting 3 weeks for a service appointment my new 1,000 mile Jeep was in service for 49 days and this WAS NOT a part’s availability issue.
