The dealership and the service workers are very easy to work with. They are kind. However. the maintenance is far overpriced and literally a sham. My vehicle was in the bay for nearly 3 hours for a repair work with. They are kind. However. the maintenance is far overpriced and literally a sham. My vehicle was in the bay for nearly 3 hours for a repair that took less than half an hour. I realize that the maintenance chart may say that the repair is a 2.5 hour repair. But you should be aware that people's time is valuable and not rob them of their time as well as their money. More

The service department wanted to charge me $385. 00 for a $29.00 part. This is outrageous. I do wish the old shade tree mechinics were still around.
