We have bought 3 cars from this Bondys dealership over the last 20 years. We purchased the extended warranty on this last one. Well, it expired in July and we had an issue with the truck in October. We took it in to the dealership to be checked out like we've always done with our Nissans. They diagnosed it and told us it would be over $1300.00 to replace 3 sensors. I googled the sensor repair for our vehicle and they usually last 100,000 miles or longer on our particular truck model. Our truck has only 63,000 miles on it. I also researched that Nissan has a program called goodwill assistance. I called to get some information regarding this. They denied us any assistance for this repair even though we have low mileage, plus being a loyal customer by buying our last 3 vehicles from them and always using their service department for all our maintenance. I talked with the service manager and my biggest gripe is the least that Bondys could have done was offer a discount for this repair for us since we have been loyal customers for 20+ years. Bondys dealerships and the manufacturers need to offer repair assistance to help with repairs if they truly believe in their products. I will not buy another Nissan vehicle again based on the quality of this truck we have. We are actually in the market to purchase a new vehicle now. But I think we will be buying from another dealership other than Bondys. More
