We understand how frustrating it is when a repair requires additional diagnostic time before the root cause can be identified. Modern vehicles rely on multiple modules communicating over the CAN (Controller Area Network), and communication concerns can sometimes require more extensive testing to accurately identify the failed component. We also understand your frustration with the delay in receiving the replacement part. Once the failed component was identified, the part was ordered as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, availability is limited, and delivery timelines are determined by the supplier, which is outside of our control. We know waiting on a backordered or limited-availability part is inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. We also apologize for the grease marks left on your door panel. That is not the level of care we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can address it with our team. Thank you again for your feedback.
