I have been a loyal customer and have been establishing trust for 15years. I am unhappy with past 6 months service. I have lost trust in what they tell me, I feel that you take pride in value and trust. I trust for 15years. I am unhappy with past 6 months service. I have lost trust in what they tell me, I feel that you take pride in value and trust. I brought my suv in to swap from winter to summer tires, which are housed there in April. I have run flat tires, so I’m able to keep driving. Then in May I needed an oil change. I informed the advisor that my left rear tire is low, they leveled it out. I also had them check my brake levels. I was told they are good and it would be awhile before I needed some. That my vehicle would let me know. I do not drive often since retirement. Look at my mileage… I returned in June for the same tire message. I told them my husband said it’s a bad stem. I was told they don’t go out so that’s not it. They leveled it again. In July I returned for a brake flush, and had the same left rear passenger message. I again told them what my husband said. After that throughout the summer my husband was putting air in it almost every 2-3 weeks. I returned in October with my husband because the tire was very low, and saw Dion Grace. We told him it may be the stem. He said they would check it. He returned and told me I needed a new tire because they found a screw in it. 🙄 he then told me I needed front and rear brakes. I told him in one month I was bringing it in for my winter tires and that I would put air in it until then. I told him that I didn’t drive that often and that on my last visit they were checked. 😳 I told him to go ahead and put the brakes on after 4 hours of waiting we left. I called the next day to tell Dion if the tire is in stock that I will replace it. That I would come back in November for my winter tire swap. He was not at his desk so I asked the lady who answered the phone if it was in stock and she said yes. I then left Dion a message that I was coming in that day to get the tire. Once I got there he was busy with another customer. He looked up and told me to wait in the waiting area. 3 hours later he came to me and said. I put your winter tires on and put your new summer tire in storage. I was furious, because we never had that conversation that day. He assumed that’s what I wanted. It was the end of the day for service department. They had already taken the rims off the old and swapped for winter tires. He apologized I paid and I left. I did submit a survey with a complaint after that visit. It must’ve gotten lost. So I leave and now we are in November and I get the message again left rear passenger. I waited till January 2nd before we went in and asked for Jason jakubowski. Told him the problem and within 40-45 minutes he told us it was a bad stem and it was replaced. This was also the first time I received an email video from the service guy verifying the problem. I only wish in the future you do that for nails, screws, etc. anything questionable. Due to this incident I may have to sever ties with this location. I responded to the survey before and was contacted by Brian Coster via email. I strongly believe information throughout BMW should be consistent and your customers heard and listened to. I am also grossly unhappy that in order to get a loaner while being serviced. That you have to have a warranty contract or a warranty. !!! That’s just not fair since I’ve been paying you money for any services since a contract expired. I don’t agree, that those who are getting service and has a contract can get a loaner. I am also saddened that I don’t feel that I can trust that my family and friends will get the best service that need there. That I can comfortably refer to BMW. I love my vehicle and take very good care of it. You may call me regarding this survey. More
