We have been working with Acura of Westchester and Brianna for almost 15 years. Brianna has always made the entire process a pleasant experience. Our latest lease was no exception. We wanted a new Brianna for almost 15 years. Brianna has always made the entire process a pleasant experience. Our latest lease was no exception. We wanted a new MDX for an upcoming trip. Specifically a 2025 MDX Type S which has been hard to come by, especially for the color combo we were looking for. Brianna and the team found the car, negotiated a transfer to the dealership and got us into the new MDX within a week. I can't stress enough how much we appreciated the effort. More

I was offered a price on the phone before credit was run. Told 12000 miles ended up with 10k Ended up with a much higher monthly payment with 1,000 dollars more out of pocket. Car had 1350 miles but is liste Told 12000 miles ended up with 10k Ended up with a much higher monthly payment with 1,000 dollars more out of pocket. Car had 1350 miles but is listed as new. Also has body damage that was not disclosed. Plus I'm paying as if there was no damage. Easey wasn not there for pick up. Very disappointed over all. This is my 2nd acura after 3 infinitis 2 Hondas and a Volkswagpn. Worst dealer experience out of all.wouldve been nice if changes were disclosed before the plates were taken off my current car and before sitting for over an hour in the showroom. More
